Our customer service agents are the first point of contact for our clients and supply chain alike. These roles provide our customers with all of the information that they need on a 24 hour basis. This is a face paced environment where you will spend much of the day using the telephone and computer systems. Candidates should have skills in Microsoft office and a confident telephone manner. These roles are on a rolling shift pattern with both day and night roles available. Day shifts 7am - 7pm, Night shifts 7pm - 7am. 4 Days on 4 Days off. £20k p.a. plus overtime.
